Yeah, I think its not even possible to create a jaw like that with surgery. implants will never look that real. . To have his jaw recreated you already have to have decend lower third. Then go for low body fat and try implants. most realistic way. If his cheekbones would be more projective he would give a good richard ramirez look. but a more white one
