I will help my grandparents with farming. I will go to the forest with my grandpa to get firewood and branches.I will do basic physical exercises to maintain physical strength and I will do pull-ups on a tree branch.

btw if you do all good this wouldnt happen, maybe Cam happen but minor look damege , you should do a progressive adaptation routine the remodeling path should last 2 3 years if you want to limit damage

you are one of the adequate users on my post. These idiots do not understand that oxygen and sun can solve the problem of growth hormone. I live in the eastern part of Europe, there are not enough sun rays here. That's why teenagers grow only in the summer.
