You’re just going to second guess everything and become a high inhib retard. It’s ok to make mistakes every now and then.

I think what matters is:

- You aren’t an abused dog pussy
- You actually talk to people, mumbling doesn’t count you need to know how to communicate your thoughts (avoid unintentional jestermaxx)

Even jestermaxxing isn’t that bad as long as you don’t take it too far and avoid being the joke yourself.

The more effort you put into being NT the less NT you get. The way you sound when you talk to yourself and relatives is how you should sound when casually talking to others.

What usually destroys me on top of my retardation/non-NT (this is ok on it’s own NT isn’t that important lol) is my abused dog tendencies (high inhib, low self esteem) and mumbling.
