Yes white passing exists and it's mainly in Istanbul / Izmir and west coast. But Antalya when I over a year ago - literally 40-50% of them looked Arab to me. Having 10-30% of your people as white passing doesn't qualify as a white country. You can take the darkest English, German or Nordic guy. As long as he is 100% native he won't look med or swarthy at all. But if you took the swarthiest Italian, Spanish or Greek guy he would look like a straight up pajeet
