Ik we are just basically starting out surgery wise so surgeries are going to be dogshit for quite a bit.

Humans in general. Surgeries were invented not too long ago in the grand scheme of things

meh nothings gonna improve drastically in only 3 years. Heart surgery was made in the 60s so its been quite a while
