I don’t think it’s true. Zygos are beautiful both and men and women. Personally even my male friends told me my zygos were beautiful back at the time. Women find that shit hot

My avi would be nothing without his zygos. So would every top model. You can fiddle a bit with their jaws and nose even eyes ( within moderation) but manipulating their zygos completely destroys them. Zygos = best bone in the body.
