I see them in electronic and book stores a lot nowadays but I haven't stolen any yet but I might because I might draw good cards and nobody would notice they're missing.

Master Duel? Virtual cards are worthless in real life and phydical cards vice versa.

i dont know if its possible to get/draw a top tier card legitimately
and then sell it...if thats what you want.

It probably is possible but you need to get lucky and steal or buy a lot of packs to increase your chances.
