i had a life and i just threw it away for nothing lol. i suicided for no reason

no. its over. why should i make money for what. buy new clothes? i dont want to go out or meet girls or buy a playstation 5. i dont care about not eating much

i wont be able to withstand the work, why would i make the money for it, terrible motivation. hopefully ill kill myself soon

Wait we will discuss this after im done with my tests by this Friday, there are lots of stuff you can do that aren't cope.

In the meantime, i know this may sound insane, but you need to brutally suffer physically somehow to raise wake up your HPA axis, especially cortisol. Its hard to do it naturally tho

Workout? Oh no, i mean like much worse torture, you need prolonged and hard stress activation to literally force your body to wake up, think of seeing a hungry lion in the horizon noticing how its sprinting right at your direction, that gigantic adrenaline and cortisol blood rush would be ideal. Im going to explain some stuff to you soon
