A MTB was touching my balls and said there's a grain of sand in them. How do I know if it's cancer? I also felt it when I touch to chek might be over.

But I did some research and it said it could be calcinite, a type of mineral that gets trapped in the passage of the balls and its like grains of sand also.

But I don't think it's cancer; it could be something like calcinitis, which are small mineral deposits that can get trapped when sperm are developing. It's common, but few people notice it.
