my trainer was a former pro boxer and is very old school and I asked him that ‘If I start hitting my chin slowly and progressively overload it, will it get stronger’ he said ‘yes, how else did I have this big ass brow ridge and how do kickboxers toughen their shins up’ But he told me to warm up your neck and jaw muscles before doing the chinhitting or else you can get brain damage
