Topical vehicle is unkown yet. Haven't disclosed afaik. Also, winlevi is for the skin since it uses dermatological vehicles. This one is a serum instead of a cream

From the mechanism I read that it just targets DHT binding and prevents it. Don't see how it's going to be more effective than Dut/Fin unless it's more systemic.

It doesnt bind to enzymes. It blocks the AR receptor, like ru58841, but its metabolite (thats left on the skin) doesnt go systemic. Meaning you can have even supraphysiological levels of androgens, and it doesnt need to block dht, it also blocks testosterone, and other hormones which act on the AR receptor. I dont think it can fully block acne for someone acne prone, but for male pattern baldness we already see results with ru-58841, and this is even better.
