I had an idea for shorts on NQ1! at 26,275, it was going at first, but it stopped me out at break even. I re-entered on that same level when it came back a bit higher into my area, and it ended up stopping me out fr.
So rn I'm a bit angry, I called the long earlier but didnt enter because "muh i want to see the low taken", here a solid rule when it comes to price.. never count on any specific low or high being taken, just follow it and go with the flow. I've studied Wyckoffs entries extensively(from the 1920s and onwards), and even he mentions this CONSTANTLY, and if youre high enough IQ to interpret his charts from back then.. you'll see it's literally the same exact price action.
Anyways, when I got stopped I literally re-entered again on a smaller area, for waaaaayy less risk, the projected RR was ~4R, so I impulsively got in.
Doesn't really matter, I took one more area above it(My A+ Area), with a bit more leverage, and made it all back for 1.97R.
This is what having multiple setups in a day allows you to do.
