Ever since I've starting taking Adderall, I've focused less and less on maximizing my looks and more on obtaining money, and don't get me wrong, in the beginning it was a great approach that would positively impact my looks, as I'd be able to fund the products I frequently use to improve my looks, as well as saving up for surgical procedures once I'm 18. But this had unexpectedly drifted me away from prioritizing looks.
Now I'm experiencing the mental and social repercussions of neglecting the maximization of my physical appearance. It is summer break and I have never felt more lonely. My ex-girlfriend (broken off almost last year) cheated on me during an "it's complicated" stage, and I never realized until it was too late. Prior to this, she had ridiculed my looks in front of her friends, saying that I looked like a monkey, made fun of how I act, etc. I'm already over my ex girlfriend, don't get me wrong, but I can't believe someone who I thought would be so close would do such things like that. With how I act is a problem too. Along with this, some girl called me cute the first month I transferred to this new school. I feel horrible because of the personality I had back then, combined with not maximizing my facial appearance, would definitely turn off people.
I take Adderall now, and it does help me to not be annoying overall, it does NOTHING to relieve my social anxiety. I still need to act normal, but I need to be more socially active. I am planning on taking 75mg of Pregabalin (obtained without a prescription) as a relief to my social anxiety and 10IUs of oxytocin intranasally to further recognize the value of my social connections. I'll test the Pregabalin dosage and adjust when necessary.
ALWAYS care about your looks, no matter what, because at the end of the day, looks matter.
