feel like these type of places on the internet should be avoided or barely visited
when i stop visiting forums and message boards, my thinking and mental improves. i dont know if it's the constant neurotic toxic posts, or the same edgy brainrot jokes being told 24/7 that does this, but seeing it day after day is simply not good

looking back at the type of stuff I was posting when I was making 500+ post a day can be cringe asf
