I have been on Isotret & Other topical/injectable skincare for over 9 months now, and I wanted to explain how i felt&my skin's progression
My timeline -
Month 1 - Active Acne + PIH was pretty servere.
It was mid-spring season. But I knew the drills. Have been on .org for 1.5 years, so I knew what had to be done. Starting spamming SPF every single day, vaseline for my lips and that was bassicly it. Didn't notice any ''real'' sides apart from OBV, dryer lips and skin. I just moistuzed 1-2x daily and never had any problems with peeling or whatever ya'll dumbasses claim to have happend to you. But i was only on 30mg tho. So pretty mild. But for acne I didn't notice a ''Purge'' yet. Ance only started get a bit less.
Month 2 -
Still on 30mg, same drill as before. SPF and vaseline. At the end of month 2 I did start noticing a ''purge'' but it was pretty mild tbh. My active ance was worse before i started tbh
. So you could argue '' It got worse'' But it was FAR worse beforeI started the whole cycle. So I just trusted the process and kept going. I know many people tend to stop at this point. But tbh, stopping should only be done if you're on the edge of dying. This is a great drug to treat permant acne.
Month 3 -
Acne was decent. Had like only 1 break-out a week, very small red bumps. Not really the white stuff you could pop. To explain it easily. Accutane does make your PIH stick longer. If u dont know what that it. It's bassicly the red pigment marks that come after you get acne spots. They get far worse when you expose them to sun. So if u you got this, i suggest you avoid sun at all cost. Acne did start to midigate more and more. I did get a little bit of joint pain after long day of labor, but only happen like 3 total times in the whole month and it left fairly quick anyways. So not important tbh.
Month 4 -
This is where i started 40mg dosings. Active Acne got lower and lower each week, ranging between 0-1 pimples a week. Very nice, texture did start to improve greatly aswell. Skin didn't get much dryer tbh.
Month 5 -
All active acne was gone, still on same dose. Kept the rodio going, still did the same shit but added Ghk-cu injections every day. Im pretty sure i started in month 4, but who cares tbh. Just for sake of argument. This shit improves skin TEXTURE, whitin like 1-2 weeks. It made it look a little bit more tight and glowy. Nothing insane tho. So if you inject nothing right now, i woundlt say its worth it to start injecting every day. But for me I already inject like 3-4x daily so does it really matter tbh. 5 Injections take me like 2 minutes. Just like brushing ur teeth (If that's a hobby you activly engage in)
Month 6 -
Still going. 40mg, nice shit. At the end of month 4 I did start lowering my dose to 20mg. About the last week. Nice
Month 7 -
Now actively on 20mg daily, dry lips almost fully went away, I just keep a small stick of vaseline with me daily tho, I apply it like every 3 hours. Also just a small looksmax if u got hydrated lips tbh. And around
Month 7.5 -
I started implementing Tretion 0.025%, I got this from a mate I know from .org. We talk pretty often, even did a few groupbuys where we just ship everything to my house and I just ship it to his house after. He lives in belgium and I live in Netherlands. He has a mom and her job is doctor
. So he could just ship me 50g bottle of tret easily, hehe. And he also sent me a 100-week supply of lattisse 0.03. That shit would cost me like 500 bucks total if i were to source it myself from decent place. Idk indiamart price tho lol. But he sent everything for free hell yeah.
Month 8 -
(December) end Have been on tret for 1.5 months now. Still on the Ghk-cu. Active acne has been gone for ages. I can eat whatever the fuck i want and aint nothing is changing. My face is almost 100% clear, I have a few VERY minor darker spots. Barely noticable unless your in blue light right before a mirror. Skin lowkey looks like Zeta (delusional) . Have already been on mt2 for few weeks now. Giving me an INSANE great tan.
Month 9 - RIGHT NOW
( 4 january.) Even after all the ''Oliebollen'' I have eaten. 0 acne, skins looking better than ever. Bloodwork is better than ever. Focusing extremely hard on diet and micronutrients rn, just for health. Not any specific reason, just bc i want to xD. Lashes are insanely good. Lips are healthy looking. Tret have made my skin slightly more dry, but its so easily fixable by just using moisturzer. I'd say give it like 3 weeks and my skin is Fully perfect. Also started taking Fin 2 days ago. You almost can't even tell I ever had acne

My plan now -
Order 10mg pills of accutane. To start lowering dose even more
Keep on going with accutane until (?) when. Start dyeing my lashes. @Volksstaffel has seen great results with it. Just check his tt acc. But this is still my plan. Continue on the tret, continue what im already doing right now.
