it all started when i was 17 and thought mk-677 was a great idea. took a "cycle" of that and after it lead me to some other orals such as rad140. Well it was great, but i needed more. when i turned 18 i started my first test cycle. cruised on 250mg/week and saw some great progress. Physique improved, face got leaner and more defined and it was amazing. i then added anavar to my cycle and got lean. it was great, but i felt like i needed more. about 6 months later i'm on 200 tren and after that i jumped to 400mg/week of test and tren combined.

Why is tren so great?
Trenbolone is a 19-nor anabolic steroid (similar to nandrolone) but with much higher androgen receptor affinity. Compared to testosterone:

Anabolic:Androgenic ratio is ~5:1 vs. testosterone’s 1:1.
Non-aromatizing: tren doesn’t convert to estrogen, so no direct estrogenic side effects (but prolactin issues can occur).
High receptor binding: stronger stimulation of muscle protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and IGF-1 expression.

in short, your physique will blow up, you will get more masculine features, sharper jawline, lowkey you become more chill (for some) and if taken under supervision it isn't allat to your health (trust) also, it causes skin tightening which means lower subcutaneous water retention = sharper features (cheekbones, jawline, veins).

The side effects
tren has some hardcore side effects. in my own experience i've basically seen none. (I'm taking enanthate ester). however, if you're unlucky, here are the shit ton of side effects listed: Trenbolone use is associated with a wide range of side effects, including insomnia and disrupted sleep patterns, intense night sweats, heightened anxiety and irritability, oily skin and severe acne, accelerated hair loss in those genetically prone, reduced cardiovascular endurance, erectile dysfunction and loss of libido due to prolactin elevation, possible gyno development, dark or strong-smelling urine from increased metabolic strain, as well as serious cardiovascular risks such as elevated blood pressure, reduced HDL cholesterol, and increased LDL cholesterol.

However don't let this shit scare you. Lowkey just hop on and improve. Take a PCT after cycle and maintain your physique and you're all set physique wise.

Bro, you’re only seeing the surface. Tren isn’t some “upgrade” — it’s a shortcut that taxes everything long-term. You might look great now, but your natural test, heart, and organs are paying the price.

PCT doesn’t always fix shutdown. Tren wrecks cholesterol, blood pressure, and mental stability — that “chill” feeling turns into anxiety for most people. Skin tightening isn’t health; it’s dehydration.

You don’t “improve” on tren, you just borrow results your body can’t sustain. The bill always comes due later.
