I started taking Ashwaganda as a post gym supplement at night to lower stress and assist in sleep. There are also studies pointing twords boosted test so It seemed like a golden supplement. After cycling it once I took 2 weeks off as you are supposed to. After starting again it was triggering Panic Attacks and not allowing me to sleep. I could not find the source of these issues for months and it caused me to lose my job and withdrawal from social situations because I could not sleep. I recently stopped Ashwaganda and now everything is back to normal. I tried taking it again one night and all the symptoms came back. Someone with more knowledge please explain and anyone starting the supplement be careful.
you don’t even need to cycle ashwagandha and it only has minor effects anyways so what are u talking about
