Concerta is just more extended less of a peak, it won't feel like ritalin but will be more sustained. 5mg ritalin is equivalent to 18mg concerta in strength but it's hard to convert them properly because of the differences in time-release.

Because 18mg is a laughably small dose, i need 76mg for it to do anything. Jansen brand as well.

20-30mg of amphetamine is way more effective for me
