So I ate 500g of sugar a day and bone smashed. I got my bloodwork done and now I have diabetes that gave me kidney disease but I already paid for my lefort 3 that im performing in three weeks but if I don't get a kidney transplant in three weeks then im going to die. Heres my plan

Im going get the Lefort 3 and use my looks to go viral like clavicular if im somehow still alive and then im going to save up enough money for my kidney transplant and pray to gandy that if I die, ill reincarnate as a 6'5 Chad born into the same vicinity as my deathbed so that I could dig up my grave and use the screws on my last skull to perform a DIY lefort three on myself if Gandy decided to make me a mtn.
