Diet is such cope. Your body is indestructible when you're young. Nothing is a problem when you're young. Though, those bad habits will eat away slowly at you, and cause those health issues. But at that age, you're already old and probably miss your youth. It's all about getting that youthful life; it's where things are most special.

There’s been so many times where I’d want to buy a pizza,ice cream,chocolate etc

And then some DISGUSTING Fat either incel or landwhale starts loading up their trolley multiple ice creams ,2L sodas etc

And I just instantly put it back on the shelf and get hit with this instant reverse motivation to never be that creature I just witnessed jfl

I'm a gymcel. So I have to make sure I get a certain amount of protein in order to make gains. So not all of the food I eat can be junk. But I enjoy junk food in moderation. And sometimes I'll have a full blown cheat day when out with friends or dates.

I can't maintain my gains eating just skinless chicken breast and rice bro (and you keto faggots, I'm assuming you are a keto fag by the way you speak, hate rice too). I need calories or else I will lose muscle mass.
I'm not a big fan of the Big Mac per se. But the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese at McDonald's is my go-to cheat meal. It has protein. It has dietary fat. It has carbs. Ground beef, cheese and bread do have micronutrients.

Yesterday I had 235g of carbs and that was actually a low carb day by my standards. Glucose is the building block for glycogen along with water. And glycogen is the building block for muscle mass along with protein. Your low-carb diet has your body converting fat to glucose. Which is very inefficient compared to just using carbs for glucose. Especially fast carbs like sugar. It's like putting regular gasoline in a Ferrari instead of premium.

I eat a lot of junk. But I have an Excel spreadsheet showing how much protein I need per day and my calorie allowance.

My scale has been above my target for the last 5 days after having a cheat day on Saturday and my scale has been above my target 6 days out of the last 7 so I'm doing a bit of a micro-cut. 2,116 calories but I still need to get 125g of protein @ 153.4 lbs bodyweight. I ate a sausage n cheese on an english muffin breakfast sandwich (315 calories) with a cup of chocolate milk (152 calories), 2-3 oz of milk in my coffee (35 cal) for breakfast before my morning workout. Then after the workout I had another sausage n cheese breakfast sandwich (315 calories). Then later 20g of pea protein isolate powder mixed with water (76 calories). And I had 1 small Crispy Crunch halloween chocolate (57 calories). My dad is going to make a Delissio frozen pizza and Campbell's chicken noodle soup later today and I have only 1,166 calories left over and 62g of protein left to go so I don't have a whole lot of wiggle room for today. I might make a meatball sandwich today for my mid-day meal. But I won't be able to eat anything else until dinner other than protein shakes mixed with water if I make one.

Some people make fun of me for getting out a kitchen scale and weighing my food and shit. And inputting what I eat into Evernote and my Excel spreadsheet. But doing things this way allows me to eat tasty food within moderation.

I prefer the hassle of weighing my food to just eating skinless chicken breast and rice and staying DYEL and small.

Based on my math, my TDEE is probably about 2,175+ calories. I stopped bulking Oct 6th. On Oct 6-12th my 7-day average weight was 152.94 lbs. My 7-day average weight now is 153.83 lbs (but I averaged 153.36 lbs in the last 5 days so my weight is trending down I think because I had a big meal cheat day last Saturday and constipation earlier in the week, weighed in at 153.4 lbs this morning). And I averaged 2,309+ calories daily during those 23 days. So 2,175+ would be maintenance. That one cheat day on Saturday fucked me up. lmfao.

I've averaged 2,216 calories daily in the last 6 days (though some of the meals were prepared by my dad so I wasn't able to calculate every single calorie. I prepare most of my meals.) and haven't been able to get back down to my maintenance target (152.8 lbs) since Saturday last week. lmfao. My calorie budget for today is 2,024. Because I'm trying to get my weight down. But I'm not going to leanmaxx like an autist because I don't want to run the risk of losing muscle mass eating at a steep deficit.

My TDEE used to be like 2,700+ calories when I was bulking. My metabolism appears to have slowed the fuck down a lot since I stopped bulking. I used to force feed myself trying to gain weight and struggled to do so. Now I have like ONE cheat day and then it fucks me up for like a week. The fuck.

This is why they always warn people not to go directly from bulk to cut or cut to bulk. You need to have a maintenance period in between. You need to give your body time to adjust. Even just going from bulk to maintenance, my TDEE went down a lot.
