Nothing will happen if you don't take it assuming you don't actually have that high prolactin, Also 1MG is too much.

i do have high prolactin if i dont take it, i got hormones checked

i take 1 mg every 3 days thats what doctor said i should

Maybe it was extremely high level of prolactin that an immediate reduction to bring it to optimal level, Even though I believe all medications must be taken gradually rather than all of sudden exposing the body to large amounts of given component.
