I tried High Carb Low fat as Mike Mentzer recommended.

And the results were surprisingly shocking as hell. Close to 7 weeks on this diet, I dropped nearly 18 pounds from my heaviest weight at 178 to 161.8. In addition to basic exercise of course, mostly just skipping rope.

In fact, according to science low fat diet results in 67% more FAT loss than low carb.

Just eat naturally, no diet is superior to a natural nutritional intake.
Humans ARE by default low fat. It wasn't until artificially fattened animals, seed oils, added fats like butter being added to the diet was this the case.

These people don’t know that you need cholesterol and animal fats to make testosterone. They’ll really take advice on diet from mike mentzer, a roider who didn’t need to rely on his own endocrine system.

I genuinely don't know why you should avoid carbs it is literally give you igf 1 , it is cheap calories, why not just combine good carbs with meat

The same cholesterol also produces cortisol. As well as several other hormones lol, if ur receptors are not good just rope
