I don’t know that the result will look like that of course but I did 4 changes to my face whic are all in theory surgical achievable

1) rhinoplasty - already showed a morph to my surgeon today wich he thought was realistic

2) lengthing the midface and lower third (CW bimax)

3) additional lengthening of th chin (genio)

4) widening of the chin (fillers)
