The only thing arabs were "able" to create was the UAE but even then it's just luck because they discovered oil. And it wasn't them who built that, it was europeans.

Arabs are so fucked up that I even trust Jews more.

Now don't get me wrong this has little to do with Islam. Islam is cool. Islam values family, forgiveness, helping the poor, honesty and peace. The problem is arabs. That's why the best muslims that you would meet are european converts, and the worst are arabs somewhere around Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
