Just have a conversation with her about your relationship, tell her that she prob agrees its not as good as it used to and you think you've lost feelings etc don't see it going long term

Don't larp too much, maybe talk to her openly and shiet - that's what many guys (including me) FAIL to do, and stay for years in already dead/no future relation, don't have to invent "good reason" tbh
