I turned 15 in september. I did a test and it said i was tanner stage 4. How much height left and SHOULD I hop onto hgh.

Ts really not fair bro, 5'8 at 15 is harsh. I also got a visible happy trail from my chest to my bellybutton although it not thick and a bit more faint. I have chin hairs and upper-lip hair. Is it really over, bro??? at 15. This month before my school reopens again, im planning to take hgh before my bone age scan which will only be held on at very late december. Aint no way im waiting for that

ur main growth spurt is over, ur not getting past 5'10. Hgh with aromatase inhibitor is all u got, maybe small doses of test, DO NOT PAIR IT WITH ROIDS AND DO NOT HEAVILY WORK OUT, too much stress will make u stay 5'8

ur growth plates arent fully closed, just cycle supplements, get like 9 hours of sleep, and hgh with ai, that whole mix could potentially get u to 6ft, if all else fails just wear lifts

When u say do not heavily workout. Are u talking about heavy weights, i dont do that. I usually do fasted sprints, where i fast for 12-16 hours then do sprints with full intensity with 90-120 rest in between.

i just mean dont overload ur body or u wont have the energy to develop, dont become a faggot and quit moving, just dont get too fatigued or ur body will spend more of its energy recovering than helping u grow

aight thx one more thing which ai should i use. Hopefully with all this ill grow to 6 feet
