@Eriot Lodger you gotta buy pure L Tyrosine powder and take like 5 or 10 grams of it. You can also buy the supplement called "mucuna pruriens" as it contains L dopa which is the more direct precursor to dopamine.

If you can get access to it then real Levodopa medication is best, but hard to get access cause its not OTC.
