ok so
first week of classes at my college and i've been trying to make friends here to no real avail, seems like theres never an honest opportunity to chat someone up
but in my second class today, i got partnered with this kid who had this amazinggg energy, no gay shit (seriously) but he was super welcoming and smiley, overall just the kinda guy who can and WILL bring up the vibe anywhere he goes, super fucking sociable. once we found out we had the same music taste we were pretty much set.
moving along, the class ends and we walk out talking to eachother when he sees 3 of his other friends, now this is where this motherfucker does something that i genuinely believe will change the course of my college experience
he greets his friends and then says "this is my boy [my name] he cool asf"
thats literally all it fucking took for me to come out my shell, i start chatting to these guys like they're my friends and lo and behold, i actually had a good chat with them and now have 3 other friends im cool with at this college.
after we're done talking to them we go outside on campus and the SAME thing happens, he sees some friends of his, says hi and introduces me, then i chop it up with them like it's nothing and make another friend out of it.
this feels so retarded to type out, but real talk man, im a 20 year old junior in college and this is the FIRST time since middle school where ive felt like im not a complete social retard and CAN be myself around completely new people. i know this has nothing to do with foids, and i dont care, this is genuinely a better feeling than any female validation has given me, god bless that kid from my class he has no idea how much of an impact he made on me today
