When i was in school, I was getting bullied like every day, ot was shit. And to cope with this, i would bully a weaker, retarded, incel nigga. And it made me feel good. I felt better about myself, and less stress, I was practically taking out my anger on this nugga. I feel really bad though, just because me getting bullied isnt an excuse to do the same for others, but I did, and it was great.

But seriously dont bully people. Even on this forum. Lots of people disrespect eachother on this forum especially, and i think we should all be kind to one another and rep eachother. Well to start, I dont have much advice because im going through the same thing as you. But what has helped me, is frauding to 6'1. I put like 4 inches of Insoles in, and gained more confidence. The second thing is to just do it. Idk if u are having the same problem as me, but just stand up for yourself. That's the best advice I can give u since im also being bullied, but use Insoles. Im also in high school so im not any wiser then you.
