How tall are you? 5"10? I remember you said in a previous thread that you wear lifts to get to 6 feet. Can you even wear lifts at the gym?

I wanted to start gymcelling too, but I'm hesitant since I'm right under 5 10 and I'm not sure if its even worth it. It might come off as an attempt to make up for my height and it all sounds pretty cringe/redpill to me, to be honest (at my height).

What do you think the minimum height threshold is, at which gym actually becomes a halo?
