Better lighting would have improved the quality a lot. Next time try during golden hour.

Also, I would say that the amount of interest you gather on ig is a better metric than the opinions you will get here.

No its not. I changed eyes (removed NCT and made them more symmetric, horizontally longer + vertically shorter, less bulgy), also ears smaller, also skull shape smaller.

Your head is too large for your frame. You need to gymcel or even roid.
