I would do stretches I'd find off youtube when my posture was already good anyway. There's much more you can do to change your face than your height. Even facial surgery is less expensive and invasive than LL is. I will always be a manlet

Agree but it heavily depends on age, orthodontic treatments if aimed to improve airway and functionality istead of just quickly straightening the teeth can entirely change your face. Sport, lifestyle and nutrition are also important for height but pretty much only during development

By the time I started caring about it most I was near done with puberty. My puberty ended pretty early so anything that would have worked even a slight bit would have been cope for me

Same thing here, I just thought that my "genetic" would just do its thing. But tbh i didnt care about my height that much, i just thought i was subhuman because of my face, but ive never realized that the problem was 1. My orthodontist, 2. My lifestyle. People who constantly say only genetics matter cope the most
