I got this number a while on some website that I forgot the name of when I was trying to bulk for the winter. I think it was around august and looking back at it again it was kinda absurd. Obviously I didnt hit that goal consistently but Id still hit it. It was like 3600-4000 cals a day to.
Id wake up to 3 eggs and a protein shake on the way to school.
a protein bar during my break
Then its alot of chicken and rice bowls for lunch or whatever protein my school had
After school i would go to quicktrip and get a chicken bacon rancher
And for dinner whatever my parents cook
Then before bed its another protein bar
this would usually be around 3000 calories but somedays i would meet my goal
This went on for around 3 months. The bright side of all this is I gained hella size. Since early 2025 today ive gained 35lbs according to my pediatrician and most of that weight came from that 3 month period (yes id say most was fat but also a significant amount of muscle). Also I was pretty small back then so fat was better than no size. And luckily I did this during my baseball offseason workouts so it was cardio everyday for me. Now im 185lbs and 18% bodyfat by my guess. yes im fat but atleast im not skinny
