I got this number a while on some website that I forgot the name of when I was trying to bulk for the winter. I think it was around august and looking back at it again it was kinda absurd. Obviously I didnt hit that goal consistently but Id still hit it. It was like 3600-4000 cals a day to.

Id wake up to 3 eggs and a protein shake on the way to school.
a protein bar during my break
Then its alot of chicken and rice bowls for lunch or whatever protein my school had
After school i would go to quicktrip and get a chicken bacon rancher
And for dinner whatever my parents cook
Then before bed its another protein bar

this would usually be around 3000 calories but somedays i would meet my goal

This went on for around 3 months. The bright side of all this is I gained hella size. Since early 2025 today ive gained 35lbs according to my pediatrician and most of that weight came from that 3 month period (yes id say most was fat but also a significant amount of muscle). Also I was pretty small back then so fat was better than no size. And luckily I did this during my baseball offseason workouts so it was cardio everyday for me. Now im 185lbs and 18% bodyfat by my guess. yes im fat but atleast im not skinny

sure bro sure I'm 5'11 175 12% bf and I eat 120g daily.

excess protein doesn't do shit

yea your right I got fat because of it and lost my slightly barely noticeable halo cheek halo

and isnt it 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight? maybe your cutting tho so idk

0.6-0.8g/lb bw is optimal

Seems way low from personal experience. i felt best eating somewhere between 140 - 240g a day.

bro unless ur a 140lb manlet you should be eating more than 120g
