About the size of a golf ball. Born with it. I had two NHS operations to try and make it smaller, but it only worked a bit. The first was also medical apparently

Then at 17 I got a hair transplant. Then 1.5 years later I got another for more density. Idk if the second one did that much though, and I also knocked it just after getting it

So now it's an area of low density. Previously I was considering another transplant at some point to fill it out, but not anymore. Not worth the shekels. It kind of just looks like a cowlick or something anyway since it's by the crown
