It was like this

Half the work shift they actually work
Half the work shift the female nurses sit n drink coffee and talk shit about elderly patients who lives there

I felt heavy social anxiety the entire time because I couldn't match my persona to the female nurses of how talkative they were. I couldn't match to how dark triad those normie female nurses were either (dark triad cause they had the audacity to talk shit about their elderly patients who suffered dementia or depression)

Later on the boss said that "you won't get hired unfortunately because you are too slow , for example when you coam the hair of the elderly patients you are slow n too gentle it's like you're standing there n thinking while you're doing it"

(fucking boss bitch, ofcourse I'll coam the elderlys hair gently, they're 90 years old they have sensitive heads/scalp, you're supposed to do it gently so youre not hurting them)

I wouldn't be able to do a job like that. Care work is difficult and low paid for what it is. Here in the UK many foreign (first generation) people from Africa end up doing the work. I think it should be higher paid. Recently spent a while in hospital after an injury and found a new respect for health care workers. They're definitely underpaid.

Imagine spending your last years out of your mind on dementia being abused by staff who can't wait for you to die. I'd rather have someone put a bullet in my head before that.

I actually think the work in itself is not that difficult. The difficult part is fitting in socially with the talkative female nurses who talk non stop.

Especially if you have a very male brain/high testosterone brain to begin with that makes you already a more quiet non talkative person by nature

Yeah I agree with that, they need to start hiring ACTUAL GOOD KIND PEOPLE to take care of the elderly and not some narcissistic women who talks shit about them like the ones I saw working as nurses when I was there

You should talk at that job and you should not get the job because you shouldn't think how to comb you should just comb

I wasn't thinking about it I was just combing the hair gently n slowly. They perceived it as I was thinking n didn't know what to do

I did talk to the elderly patients mostly

To the nurses I only talked when they talked to me first or asked me something first though

@hebbewem in my opinion it should only be required that you only need to talk to nurses if it's work related talking. But you shouldn't be required to talk about your private life or talk about casual stuff n gossip n socialize like that if it's not work related conversation

Only work related conversation should be required

Not everyone's brain is built to be very Talkative n extrovert. There's lots of introverted people who would also be capable of doing a good job but should they not get hired just cause they have a inability to talk bullshit non stop?

Its a social job you should talk both oldies and the nurces

What if you have social anxiety around the nurses but are still capable of talking with the oldies

@hebbewem bro you're litteraly approving discrimination of non nts on the job market. So if you're non talkative you should just be on welfare bux forever n never work?

Its justified discrimination

I doubt it

It's diffrent

It's easy to talk to the elderly patients because they are humble n good people

The nurses are middle aged narcy n sassy women tho ofc ill feel anxious around them

Yes I agree. I was at the hospital talking to my grandmother and this old bitch started complaining that we should shut up.

Old people think they are something better despite being very low IQ.

Or this grandma complaining I didn't have as mask in the bus XD

Shut the fuck up granny lmao
