I used to think my tinnitus was the sound of the room

I don't really notice it aside from when it's quiet in my room
But the sound I do hear seems louder than before. Idk what caused it to get worse recently. Could be ear wax or something, cos I haven't damaged my ears more in the past month

Anyway, I don't mind it. I accept it. I just want to keep my hearing good cos I produce music, and mix it

Even then, the only thing over would be the quality of the mixes on my songs

I had tinnitis for 6 months at 15 my life was a hell hat tiny sound was driving me insane,so I stopped listing to anything remotely loud since and it completely went away for good since 17,it's literally caused by earphones and loud sounds and you can fix it if you stop that fast

Nah that's bad
The best thing for tinnitus is acceptance
Trying to get it to go away for a few seconds, or trying to drown it out, only makes it worse. Both cos u pay attention to it and cos u make it a negative

I'll be conscious of protecting my hearing and hopefully it won't get worse
