Wow you are dumb. The vast majority of orbital decompression are done due to Graves', which is actually when the eyeball is more forward due to swelling of tissues behind it. Cosmetic decompressions are done for those with shallow orbits, large eyeballs or low orbital rim projection. Do you ever bother to do research before making low iq threads like this?
