i was only around 5'1 in 8th grade and extremely short for my grade. I stood with military posture all the time because i thought it would make a difference out of extreme desperation. i wasted tons of time walking with military posture just to still get heightmogged because i bought myself 1-2cm at most. Now i walk more relaxed since i grew and even slouch around shorter people

i was young for my grade+short so it was a combo worthy of going ER. i only really reached normal height at 16. I wasn't around any girls so it could've been worse ig since i would've been heightmogged by guys AND girls.
