I ve done microneedling for the 1st time today

I went 0.5mm after applying hyaluronic acid cream. Doesn't hurt but i am a bit red. Gonna track the results. I just wanted more collagen from microneedling. So I probably gonna do it once a week. If u have any advice feel free to share.

You aint doing enough if your skin isnt super red

Great base. If using dr pen dermapen, dont just disinfect needles. Use a new cartridge every time. Also, I would suggest going deeper at larger increments of time instead (eg 1-1.5mm every 6 weeks) and in conjunction to hyaluronic acid, using ghk-cu serum.
