i wanna build muscle, is test good enough or should i just hop on gh instead

i know test makes you have more energy etc but does it help with muscle building as well or does it just give you the motivation? cause if not i will just hop on hgh

Test is really good. Its one of the safest and most researched option. You have two choices.

I recommend 200-250mg for your whole life especially if you have bad test or can handle it well with limited bloat and good energy.
Or you can do a single cycle of 12weeks with 500mg and pct and with potentially no other.(more common option)

You'll have to be careful about lipids and blood thickness as well as e2 levels. Those are really easy to manage tho

Test doesn't mean you give up basics. Creatine is really good with 10g a day giving you plenty of benefits over the long term.
Do not give up healthmaxxing as well during the cycle.


The best test to choose are either test E or test P.
Test P with everyday pin mimicking natural test.
Benefits are less estrogen and more stables levels and mood
Downsides are pain during pin, higher price for both the test and the need of more needles and the inflammation of the pinning site. It's also the method clav utilize.

The other test and the more utilized is test E. You can do 250mg every 3 and then 4 day. Longer half life ester but risks of higher estrogen.

A good AI for the cycle would be exemestane. But i know not enough to give you dosage and frequency, you'll have to do the research yourself.

Gh carry too much risks and the opinions are pretty mitigated on it. I personally wouldn't take it.:feelsrope:
