It won’t be too big, maybe a population of 100,000 max. I will have schools, hospitals, everything. And lots and lots of parks and green space. Some pretty canals and a river would be nice too

It will be pedestrian focused. Lots of available public transport and other services for residents. It will be the best city in the world!
