Currently 16 and 5'9 hoping to get to the ideal height of 6'.
Tryna drink milk to increase IGF and HGH levels but it fucked up my face real bad

I drank milk nonstop for a month about 2 months ago and I still have acne marks and shit from all dat, I'm gonna try implementing it in my diet again hoping that y'all know of a way to combat the horrible bloating and acne that comes with it.

Anything more than 2 glasses of milk per day cns give you acne, same with whey protein.

Try raw milk first then fermented raw cheese , yogurt, kefir, and even raw goat milk it’s less inflammatory. You have to find out your own intolerances because it’s really different for everyone
