SSRI's will not help with anhedonia, which is what you have. SSRI's will only intensify anhedonia. They stop sadness by making you emotionless.

Anything that forces you to go to an extreme. Working out is usually recommended, and I would recommend it too. And no pussy shit, actually try and continually break your limits. Do sets till failure. If you aren't feeling anything now, you will.
