study religion
read actual books
go outside to the mountains breath and analyze
draw the nature and make poets
study religion even more
be myself
no goyslop food

just nature man just nature


but its my fault that i have this anxiety i cant
i wish i was a better version of myself
this anxiety is killing me
this constant form of not going outside with family
Because of my anxiety i cant

i do the bare minium i need to do more
i need to be. a better verison of myself
