Fuck bro, I used to be a gymcel 2 years ago, when my gym wasn’t as full of people, I used to go train and 8pm and finish at 10pm when the gym would close.

I tried going again 6 months ago, but I couldn’t physically do it. It was way more packed and full of foids and I felt so out of place there.

I lost all my strength and was benching 70 lbs, literally like a girl and people would look at me and I’d feel ashamed. But I didn’t wanna ego lift and rape my shoulders or stuff like that.

I feel like I’ve lost it and I can’t go back there…I feel so lost. Any advice?

No one judges weakcels in the gym tbh. The balding 40 year old trt pigs with 25% bodyfat are way more embarrassing tbh

But if youre still embarrassed train calisthenics outside or something tbh.

I tried calisthenics but it’s too hard for me tbh, and I used to enjoy the gym so much.

Only thing would be waking up at 6 am everyday and going super early and finish as fast as possible.

Also foids make me nervous, and 40 yo jacked dads look at me like I’m a bitch.

Sounds like some form of social anxiety. Get more sunlight and start eating more ancestrally and you wont have these inhibitions anymore

I already get sunlight everyday and eat healthy.

Might be my porn addiction tho that makes me anxious.

I don’t have all the equipment at home, and I like the gym more cuz training isn’t as hard as at home, and I can do cardio right away there.

No disrespect but if ur benching 70lbs then u should just do calisthenics at home. Some Push up and pull ups combined with a good diet will pretty much do the same thing for u if ur still at that level. Once ur stronger and calisthenics feels easy,then u should consider a gym

I used to train, I used to be gymmaxxed too so I have muscle memory.

But I can’t train anymore I feel like I don’t have the energy or the social skills to go to the gym

you just have to go back, its as simple as that, its not gonna get easier the longer you wait and the time will pass by without you developing urself so just go, your future self will thank you

all the gyms near me are just packed with elderly people on cardio machines i would go but i already have like equipment at home $300 is usually enough for most people unless you powerlifting

just go at night again. who cares if foids are there? ur literally paying to be there. no one in that building is thinking about u as much as u think they are.
