Im 176 cm if i can reach 178 i can easily fraud to 180, it wont be too noticeable and it wont hurt my feet
I wanna be 180 ideally with or without shoes (with shoes is more realistic), so if i fraud 176 to 180 that wont be good

People in this percentile usually have about 1-3 more cm left in them. I would say you probably have 1-1.5 cm left to grow due to your dad being shorter than you. Right now you can just focus on sleep, diet, and vitamin d to get your max height without hgh. If you want more than 1-1.5 cm you will most likely need luck and or enchantment compounds.

Just do some stretches i have been stretching for 5 days and i have seen some results i was 177 without shoes im now 178cm without shoes

I'd say my other prediction is correct then if you only reported 2 inches of growth over 2 years. For enhancement compounds sadly hgh is one of them. If the price is the problem you could try hgh secretagogues. These have mixed opinions on there effectiveness compared to actual hgh but a cope is better than nothing I guess. Only other thing I could really say might work if you don't like needles is mk-677 and vitamin D (Super cope without a miracle). If you're curious on hgh secretagogues I'd look into them.

You can start by cutting out junk foods and getting good sleep and replacing your current diet with a better diet and when you are 16 and have access to more money and have more knowledge you can buy growth hormone peptides dont expect crazy results with growth hormone peptides unless you're deficienct in hgh or pretty low if you maximise all of those you could be 2-5 inches above your potential adult height

But never listen to people who tell you to do mk677 because it will bloat you and only short hgh effect it will spike up your hgh for like an hour which isnt enough for any changes so its completely useless
