i want to do a mini aggressive cut just to loose the bf %, im in aprox 15-18 and i wanna go to 12 like in 2 weeks, im thinking of dropping mi cals to 1500 and doing 1h of cardio, then on the next week 1300, only for 2 weeks i need it

Just train abs and pray you have the genetics for it, worked for me at 15% body fat

so if i do train abs but at the end of my lower sesh to just bump it up to the start? like i do squats and allat shit at the start i do abs?
 
i think u need some solid ab genes for it to show at low bf% without training them

nigga just do crunches and leg raises daily at night and in the morning and you'll see good results in 15 days (If you have subhuman fat storing genetics you're never seeing the results)

i do weighed crunches and leg raises should i do them at home too?
 
I KNOW I KNOW thats why i asked if i should bump it to first exercise of the day to get the most stimulus
yes every morning and before you sleep, went from flat stomach abscel to having a gigachad 6 packs in less than a month doing it daily

Never do ab training, it will hypertrophy your obliques and ruin your v taper by giving you a blocky waist

ive been loosinf fat for almost 6 months with significant SIGNIFICANT process, the shit is noone in my school has seen me with tighter clothing, well, i got invited to a costume party and with a friend we're going as oliver and ts other nigga from saltburn so i want to impress the people there with my awesome physique

i have to add ive gained a shitload of muscle too so thats why i want abs

sorry sorry, i was thinking of reducing sodium incrrasing potassium one to two days before and water fast that week
this is how wrestlers cut weight for 24hrs, not how you get abs. you’ll bloat back and look worse.
