water is bottom 10 drinks oat, humans barely drank it and if they did they got it from a river source that had actual minerals in it E.G: river or source of water where other animals drank from, + most bottled water companies put sodium into their water to DEhydrate you so you drink more of their water (simple business), reason why ppl back then looked older was because they were more developed and had better diets not so full of garbage, they literally try and normalise 18 year olds looking like kids nowadays by saying everyone back then looked older, this is not true however and they say this to hide the fact that humans are slowly succumbing to the effects of the Pottinger's cats experiment (search it up, (idk why i cant post it under my post) it will explain everything abt why ppl are becoming more recessed why hypergamy is at an all time high and why no one is marrying or having kids)
