You're already in the ideal climate for white people boyo, it's the same as Western Europe, farther east you need more cold adaptive features like Asians have. The ideal part of Russia is the Black Sea coast, Circassia, Abkhazia, exact same climate as the PNW.

Kamchatka, the peninsula on the Pacific coast, looks somewhat like BC or PNW but with much colder winters.
