You will eventually regain endogenous testosterone production, but it will take some months in your case. You certainly should do a post cycle therapy if you want to live longer.

You wrote that you were using methasterone, also known as superdrol. It would ideally be injectable methasterone, but oral methasterone can be crushed and administered sublingually or rectally to reduce the hepatotoxicity.

You need to absorb as much sublingual methasterone as you can, and you would then swallow any remainders with grapefruit juice to improve the bioavailability because compounds in grapefruit juice will prevent the androgen from being broken down in the intestines.
